Ideally situated house in the most sought-after location for Nipissing and Canadore students. This house is only 1 block from the corner of McKeown Ave. from where the bus takes you direct to the main campus. With a WalkScore of 68, this location is very convenient to No Frills, Sobey's, Canadian Tire, Staples, Winners and many other useful stores and popular restaurants. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the upper floor and two in the basement. Only one basement bedroom is still available. There are 2 driveway and 1 garage parking spots. I am looking for students who will work co-operatively and share the necessary chores to keep the place clean and get along well with each other. The current 4 tenants are all male students and one room is available until the end of April.
