Sublet March 15 - August 31, 2018, furnished, ~1000 sq. ft., 900$ per month + utility. We are subletting our 2-storey townhouse while on parental leave. The unit is furnished (no bed) and equipped with a dishwasher. We have two balconies, one with a BBQ you can use. Coin laundry is available in the complex, 50 cts per load. We will keep the small bedroom for storage and sublet as 1-br townhouse. Street parking (and underground guest parking) is available. Our unit is part of Riverbend housing co-op in New Westminster (please note, subletting our unit does not give priority access to co-op membership). More information can be found here http://www.riverbendcoop.org/ We are located directly at the beautiful New Westminster boardwalk, 5 min walk from the New Westminster Skytrain station, ~10 min from Douglas college, ~30 transit to SFU Burnaby and ~10 min drive to highway 1. Shopping options, cinema, walk-in clinic, dentist, fitness studio and other amenities are within 5 min walking distance. Preference is given to subletters who fit the community but interest in co-op living is no requirement for this sublet. We will ask for two letters of reference (at least one from a prior landlord) and a damage deposit of $450. You will also be required to have a renters/tenants insurance which should be around $150 for the sublet period. The pictures were taken right before we moved in April 2017 (new carpets), we chose to post non-furnished pictures because we didn't want pictures of our personal space publicly available online. We will show you the unit and point out all furniture. Our unit is not accessible. Pets OK but we reserve the right to decline pending character. House-training and pet deposit required.
