Hello, I am looking for a sublet for one room in a student house. The house is in Welland, only a five minute walk from Niagara College Welland Campus. A bus goes directly from Niagara College to Brock University, approximately fifteen to twenty minute ride. It is also minutes away from the Seaway Mall. The room is in a six bedroom house. The house also includes: living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two fridges, laundry room, and sunroom. Both the kitchen and living room come furnished. The price is $550 a month, which includes all utilities and high-speed wifi. Please let me know if your interested ASAP! It is available from December 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019.
