This child- and pet-friendly home is located near the river valley in Edmonton, Alberta. It is very close to Kings University and Concordia University, and only one bus away from the University of Alberta, MacEwan University, and NAIT. The home has 3 bedrooms, an open-style living room and kitchen, and fully fenced backyard. The main floor has hardwood flooring and plenty of seating. We have 2 queen-sized beds and two toddler beds, but we can remove the beds if you want to bring your own. We also have a couch with a pull-out double bed in the front room. Our house is across the street from an elementary school (K-grade 6) and within walking distance of another elementary and junior high school (K- grade 9). There is a grocery store that is within walking distance (with a coffee shop, laundromat, and barber shop) and a larger shopping complex within 1 km.

Security deposit $1400. This is a sublet from January 1 - July 31, 2017. Minimum 4-month stay but we are hoping to rent it to the same person for the entire 7 months. Smoking outdoors or in the garage is OK but no smoking in the house. The tenant will not have to do any yard work aside from shovelling snow as we will hire someone to care for the front yard.
