The only parking available is street and visitor parking. And the lease is month to month (but I prefer someone long term). 124st, Oliver Square, and the Brewery District is just a walk away, and have many amenities (Starbucks, City Market, Safeway, Winners, Staples, Goodlife, MEC, CIBC, TD, doctor’s clinic/pharmacy, and many restaurants/pubs). Many major bus routes nearby (3, 7, 130), including direct routes to Macewan, NAIT, and the U of A. The newly completed bike lines are also nearby. A little about myself: male, work in healthcare and moonlight as a photographer. I like to be social, but I wouldn't consider myself a partier. Also, I'm tidy, easy going, and a non-smoker.
