Lease Conditions
The lease is for month-to-month. First and last month's rent up-front, so minimum 2 months (if you leave after just one month, there will be no refund). Just let me know a month before you plan to leave. Additionally, rent is due on the last Friday of the month. If it is late, I will consider you planning to move out. Should you pay the overdue rent (plus a late fee of 10% per week late, with the first of the month considered 1 week late) BEFORE I find a new tenant, your lease shall be resumed. I'd prefer a longer lease - a year or longer - but I'm absolutely willing to go as short or as long as you wish. Further details will be on the lease agreement, which I will provide a copy of should you decide you wish to rent the room.
