1) Annual tenancy from May 1, 2018 until April 30, 2019. 2) Maximum of 5 persons occupying the rental premises 3) All utilities will be paid by the Tenants including gas, hot water tank rental, water and sewage, electricity, cable and telephone. 5) The dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, central air conditioner and the furnace are supplied and maintained by the Landlord 6) The hot water tank is supplied by Enbridge and is paid for by the tenants. Enbridge is responsible for the maintenance of the hot water tank and any emergency repairs which are required. 7) The Tenants agree to maintain the lawn and garden in good order and condition, to keep the driveway free of snow and ice. 8) The tenants agree to carry a Tenant’s insurance and liability package covering each and every tenant. 9) The landlord's building & liability insurance coverage only covers a non smoking residence – if you smoke, you will have to smoke outdoors.
