Spacious 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house within a 10-minute walk from Queen’s University campus and a 5-minute walk from downtown Kingston. There is ample space to store/freeze food in pantry space and two full-sized refrigerators with freezers. On-site washing machine and dryer is in the basement of the house for no additional costs to use. The residence also has a 55-inch TV, PlayStation 4 and foosball table able to be used by all tenants. Two full-sized bedrooms are available for 4-8 month sublet terms from January-August 2019. Each room will involve sharing a bathroom with existing tenants, but individual shelf and fridge space can be designated. Parking will be included. Utilities and internet will not be included in the rent; however, this can be negotiated. Description of Roommates: Living in the house are three easy-going male students in their third year attending Queen’s University. All roommates take their academics very seriously enrolled in Physical Education, Urban Planning (Arts and Science) and Mechanical Engineering. All housemates also possess social and inviting personalities making any sub letter feel welcome. There are also no allergies or dietary restrictions among roommates.
