I am a female student looking for 3 other female roommates for 3 rooms. I am renting each room for $900 each, so if you want one room it will be $900 a month. I live in a huge newly renovated BRIGHT SPACIOUS basement apartment (new kitchen, flooring, paint, etc) with 4 large rooms (one of which would be for me which leaves 3 other). Minutes from Lawrence and Scarborough Golf Club. Just 15mins by bus to University of Toronto Scarborough Campus and just 10-15min bus ride to Centennial College (Progress campus). THIS IS PERFECT FOR STUDENTS. THERE IS A COMPLETELY SEPARATE ENTRANCE. The rooms are BIG (all have at least one dimension that is over 10 feet, one is over 12 feet) and each one has its own VENT AND WINDOW so you won't get too hot or too cold! GREAT LIGHTING ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (HEAT, GAS, ELECTRICITY, WATER) AND FREE SUPER UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET. There are TWO FULL BATHROOMS (STANDING GLASS SHOWER/SINK/TOLIET) so we won't have to wait to use the bathroom. LAUNDRY is in the basement. Close to TTC. FULLY FURNISHED with BRAND NEW FURNITURE including beds/closet or drawer (one room has a small walk in closet)/etc, completely move in ready. If you want a quiet relaxed place to live and study, this is it! I would prefer a 6 month or 1 year lease however I am open to different lease times. A PARKING SPOT MAY BE AVAILABLE. Looking for a JANUARY 1st move in; earlier or later move in may be possible depending. If you are a student/international student let me know, you are preferred! Please no smoking (tobacco or other things), no pets, no drugs, no parties/sleepovers, etc. Students and/or International Students would be a great fit.
