The condominium unit do not use any toxic chemical for cleaning; only use vinegar, baking soda, lemon, water to clean. There is no need for any air freshener as there is no bad odor at all. My place is good solo adventurers, full time university student or professional and is business traveler operationally ready, with very high tech and secured environment. HI TECH FACILITIES: The Unlimited, Ultra High Speed Bell fiber optic Internet (500 Mbps Download/Upload) is setup with high end router with maximum defense and protection against external physing hacking , viruses, malware, denial of services attacks. There are 4 laptops, 1 desktop computers, 4.6 Terabytes local cloud (networked) drive. THE CONDOMINIUM BUILDING The condo unit is located in Yonge/Finch highly desirable and in high demand area, very secured modern luxurious upper class building with comprehensive, maximum security system, with fitness room, library room, 2 party & public event rooms, public toilet/bathroom. The building has its own backup generator that keep the water, elevator, elevators, keep working during total electricity blackout. The common area is cleaning up twice a day. 24x7 security guard manning the condo building; the guard patrol the premises every hour at night until early morning. 30 digital security video monitors, computerized system security, elaborate security procedures to protect residents, cars, valuable assets. In emergency, the firefighters, polices, ambulances, paramedics, will come very quickly within 3-5 minutes. GUEST ACCESS The guests can access and use the shared facilities in the bathroom, kitchen, fitness centre, living room, library; shared computing resources (local cloud storage, desktop/laptop computer, scanner, printer; Samsung 27" LED Color HDTV & computer monitor, Amazon Echo smart Speaker, Nexus Android 8.0 TV & Apple TV players). In the bedroom there are: Danby mini fridge to store your grocery items, foods, drinks, 1 liter hot water kettle, ironing, portable ironing board, hair dryer, Samsung or Acer Windows laptop or Desktop computers also available to use INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The landlord will be available to help the guests with any help, guidance, assistance, if needed. However, the landlord also very respectful of the privacy, needs & wants of the guest. The landlord is experienced in room rental business since 2000. The landlord is very social person, friendly, respectful and grew up with 4 sisters. The landlord will treat all his respectful guests as his own family, many ex-tenants and guests become long term friends, and offered extra miles free services to decent, respectful guest that include: laundries, cooking, advising on the local amenities, tourist destination, job finding strategy & referral, etc. Availability: 1 August 2019 Price: $900/month; 300/week;$45/day (at least 3 nights).
