Recently renovated fully-equipped gym and lobby with fireplace and a Canada Post delivery box (for larger packages). You (potential roommate): A female student between the ages of 20-35 who is responsible, clean, and organized, and likes cats (I have one). You are also a non-smoker, friendly, and respectful. Me: A female thirty-something working professional who is friendly and sociable. Likes yoga, travelling, and walks in the river valley.
