Hi! I'm looking for a relaxed housemate to share the upper floor of a lovely character home in historic Ramsay. The house is fully furnished, except your bedroom. I have one small and precious tabby cat, and sorry, I'm not able to accept more pets. You could potentially move-in for Sept 15th, or possibly a few days earlier. A little about me: I'm a graphic designer, and current student at AUArts. I like films, music, art, travel, cooking, gardening, wine. I'm new to the city, and am looking forward to meeting people and having city-centre adventures. I would love to board with someone who is: - social, but also relaxed, and appreciates privacy - clean, but not meticulous - silly & fun - progressive & respectful Great things about this home: - original hardwood - backyard garden - sunroom and front balcony - south facing and bright - bathtub - bus stop literally outside the door with express bus to downtown, you can jump on the C Train from there - 10 minute walk to all the fun on Inglewood's 9th Ave - two blocks from the river - 15 minute walk to downtown and the Saddledome - vegan cafe two properties down - 3 breweries in the neighbourhood All utilities and internet included in rent.
